Summary

As introduced, changes time period within which notices of intent to appeal decisions under the Water Quality Control Act of 1977 must be published on TDEC's web site from within three business days of receipt, but no later than 14 days prior to the hearing, to within five business days of receipt, but no later than 12 days prior to the hearing. - Amends TCA Title 68 and Title 69.
