Summary
As introduced, requires a magistrate imposing global positioning monitoring on a defendant as a condition for bail for an offense involving domestic violence to inform the victim of how to obtain a copy of the defendant's conditions of bail including any geographic restrictions. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 40 and Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 4.
