Summary

As introduced, requires commissioner to report to the finance, ways and means committees of the senate and house by January 31, 2017, the number of taxpayers that submitted documents in paper form to the department in lieu of submitting documents electronically during tax year 2016. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 67.
