Summary
As introduced, requires any law enforcement officer responding to alleged domestic abuse who finds a minor may have been present during the alleged abuse to determine whether the child is a victim of abuse or neglect and, if so, report that fact to the department of children's services. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 3, Part 6; Title 37, Chapter 1, Part 4 and Section 39-13-111.
