Summary

As introduced, expands the facilities that can qualify for third-party reimbursement from TennCare, a managed care plan, or third-party payor for certain services; expands the persons who can render such reimbursable services to an employed psychologist with a provisional or temporary license, psychology intern, and postdoctoral fellow, rather than just for services rendered by a psychologist with a provisional or temporary license. - Amends TCA Title 33; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
