Summary
As introduced, removes authorization for enforcement of child support obligations by means of denial, revocation, or restriction of obligor's license; requires licensing authorities to reinstate licenses previously restricted, suspended, or revoked due to failure to pay child support upon payment of a reasonable fee. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 5; Section 39-17-1351; Title 56, Chapter 1, Part 3 and Section 63-1-141.
