Summary

As introduced, deletes requirement that persons applying for licensure as a barber and cosmetology school instructor be licensed for continuous years; deletes high school education requirements for certification as a barber instructor, barber instructor assistant, barber technician, and master barber; deletes same education requirements for licensure as a cosmetology instructor. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 3 and Title 62, Chapter 4.
