Summary
As introduced, prohibits the department of children's services from publicly disclosing the identity of an alleged perpetrator of child abuse or neglect prior to a finding by the department that the allegations are substantiated; specifies that the department may participate in or release information regarding an ongoing criminal case in which the alleged perpetrator has been charged or indicted. - Amends TCA Title 37.
