Summary
As introduced, enacts the "Tennessee Natural Disaster Resiliency Act"; creates a task force to review the capability of this state to prepare for and respond to natural disasters in this state; requires the task force to report recommendations regarding improving resilience to such natural disasters. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 58, Chapter 2 and Title 68.
