Summary

As introduced, enacts the "Tennessee Voluntary Do Not Sell Firearms Act," which creates a process for a person to file a voluntary waiver of firearm rights for the purpose of prohibiting the person from purchasing or possessing a firearm; provides for a revocation of the voluntary waiver of firearm rights; creates the offense of selling or transferring a firearm to a person who has executed a voluntary waiver of firearm rights form that has not been revoked. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3; Section 10-7-504 and Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
