Summary

As enacted, revises duties of the chief procurement officer relating to disposal of certain property; keeps administration of state surplus personal property within general services instead of with chief procurement officer; permits payment of state surplus personal property by credit card; specifies that disposal of surplus personal property in the possession of the general assembly would be exempt from the State Surplus Personal Property Act in certain circumstances. - Amends TCA Section 4-56-105 and Title 12, Chapter 2, Part 4.
