Summary

As introduced, establishes a civil cause of action for intentional misrepresentation of parentage, which permits a person proven not to be a child's biological parent to recover child support paid from the child's biological parent who intentionally or recklessly made the false claim of parentage. - Amends TCA Title 36 and Title 37.
