Summary
As introduced, requires that certain public records be destroyed when certain orders of expunction are granted; sets the filing fee for the expunction of certain multiple convictions at $350; and adds certain persons with 2 or more convictions as eligible petitioners for expungement. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 21; Title 10 and Title 40, Chapter 32.
