Summary
As enacted, clarifies that under this state's law relative to wage regulations, the term "work" has the same meaning as interpreted by the United States supreme court for purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Portal-to-Portal Act of 1947; makes additional changes relative to wage regulations. - Amends TCA Title 50.
