Summary

As introduced, clarifies that a person licensed to practice medicine in this state may complete the person's continuing education requirements solely through courses, approved by the board of medical examiners, that are offered online; requires the board to approve, at a minimum, a number of courses each year that allow a person the ability to complete the person's continuing education requirements online. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 33; Title 49; Title 63 and Title 68.
