Summary

As introduced, changes from October 1 to September 1 of the year a judge is elected, the date on which a county must be in one class in order for a judge's salary not to be diminished due to the county subsequently being moved to a lower class based on a subsequent federal census. - Amends TCA Title 16, Chapter 15.
