Summary
As introduced, prohibits a pawnbroker from purchasing property the pawnbroker knows or reasonably should know is stolen or knows or reasonably should know that the person presenting the property for sale is not the rightful owner of the property. - Amends TCA Title 38, Chapter 1, Part 2 and Title 45, Chapter 6, Part 2.
