Summary
As enacted, requires the sponsoring mortgage lender or mortgage loan broker to ensure that each application for a residential mortgage loan contains the unique identifier, instead of the license number, of the applicable mortgage lender, mortgage loan broker, and mortgage loan originator. - Amends TCA Title 45, Chapter 13.
