Summary
As introduced, allows a candidate for a state or local campaign to transfer unused funds to a federal campaign account for a primary election if the candidate notifies each donor of the proposed transfer and a donor does not object to the transfer within 30 days of the notification; requires the funds donated by donors who object to the transfer to be returned to the donor. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 10.
