As introduced, requires the state board of education to adopt a policy that ensures uniform administration of unpaid meal charges in LEAs and guarantees that students are not prevented from receiving nutritious meals because of an unpaid meal charge. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1; Title 49, Chapter 2; Title 49, Chapter 3 and Title 49, Chapter 6.
