Summary
As introduced, increases the time period within which the corporation administering the GO Build Tennessee Program must submit its annual report to the governor, the speaker of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives; increases the time period from 90 to 120 days following the end of the corporation's fiscal year. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 6; Title 7; Title 9; Title 50 and Title 67.
