Summary
As introduced, permits use of a school bus, regardless of years of service or mileage driven, if the bus is found to be safe for continued use upon inspection; requires school buses to be inspected at least annually. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1, Part 2; Title 49, Chapter 1, Part 3; Title 49, Chapter 2 and Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 21.
