Summary
As enacted, allows an eligible independent postsecondary institution and certain private, nonprofit technical schools to charge dual enrollment students tuition or fees in an amount that exceeds the amount of the student's dual enrollment grant. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4, Part 9.
