Summary
As introduced, establishes a study committee to study the traumatic effects on victims of criminal offenses that do not involve physical harm; allows a victim of a nonviolent crime to receive notification of the release from custody of an offender from a jail or detention facility prior to trial. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 55.
