Summary

As introduced, requires the commissioner of education to submit the annual report on the implementation of, and compliance with, the Schools Against Violence in Education Act, in addition to the governor, to the chair of the senate education committee, the chair of the education administration committee of the house of representatives, and the legislative librarian, instead of the general assembly. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 7; Title 9; Title 49 and Title 67.
