Summary

As introduced, establishes that when cities or towns revert real property within municipal boundaries to an unincorporated status, such action does not require a municipal utility to cease providing electrical service, water service, sanitary sewer service, natural gas service, other utility services, or street lighting in the territory excluded from the municipality's corporate limits. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7, Chapter 34; Title 7, Chapter 36; Title 7, Chapter 52; Title 9 and Title 65.
