Summary

As introduced, changes a utility district board member's insurance compensation option from payment to reimbursement of payment for premiums paid for equivalent or similar medical insurance coverage and life insurance coverage by the member; allows a utility district board member to receive reimbursement of premiums paid for medical insurance coverage under medicare and any medicare supplement insurance policy. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 82.
