Summary
As introduced, authorizes the state election commission and each county election commission to utilize technology to identify the fingerprints of voters for purposes of conducting elections in this state in collaboration with state agencies that maintain a database of fingerprints in this state; requires state agencies with fingerprint databases to collaborate with secretary of state to implement this bill. - Amends TCA Title 2.
