Summary
As enacted, allows a person who is mandated to comply with the requirements of sex offender registry, based solely upon a conviction for aggravated prostitution may petition the sentencing court for termination of the registration requirements based on the person's status as a victim of: a human trafficking offense, a sexual offense, or domestic abuse. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 5 and Title 40, Chapter 39, Part 2.
Title
