Summary

As introduced, removes the requirement that a person convicted of a drug offense in a drug-free school zone must serve the entire minimum sentence imposed before being eligible for release on parole or another release program. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 4 and Title 40, Chapter 35.
