Summary

As enacted, allows the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption for Sequoyah Landing marina in Monroe County; adds authorization for a facility that operates a hunting lodge with kitchen facilities and sleeping accommodations in Cumberland County and a facility in Campbell County that has cabins, RV hookups, at least three miles of ATV trails connected to the North Cumberland Wildlife Area, a convenience store and a restaurant to obtain a license for on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages as a premier type tourist resort. - Amends TCA Title 57, Chapter 4, Part 1.
