As introduced, requires the owner of equipment, property, or infrastructure that is located on state property to maintain and repair the equipment, property, or infrastructure and to reimburse the state for removing or moving the equipment, property, or infrastructure, or remove or move it at the owner's expense. - Amends TCA Title 12 and Title 29.
