Summary

As enacted, clarifies that "municipality" includes any city of more than 925 persons instead of 1,000 persons; removes provision from certificate of compliance requiring mayor to state opinion that applicant will not violate any alcoholic beverage related laws; requires a person to have a nonresident seller's permit if selling or distributing any alcoholic beverages to a licensed manufacturer. - Amends TCA Title 57.
