Summary
As introduced, prohibits monies within the state pooled investment fund from being invested on or after August 1, 2021, in any entity that receives immunity under Section 230 of the federal Communications Decency Act; requires divestment of any monies that are invested in such an entity before August 1, 2021; requires written notice of the divestment to such entity at the earliest practicable time. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 9; Title 12 and Title 49.
