Summary
As introduced, creates the innocence commission to study all post-conviction exonerations, ascertain errors in the criminal procedures used to prosecute a defendant's case at issue, identify errors in the criminal justice process, develop solutions to correct the identified errors, and develop procedures to prevent future wrongful convictions. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 4, Chapter 53.
