As enacted, authorizes revenue received by the Hamilton County register's office from data processing fees, above an amount necessary to purchase equipment and services, to be used for other purposes directly related to the official function of such office. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 21, Part 10; Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 1 and Title 66, Chapter 24, Part 1.
