Summary

As enacted, authorizes nurse practitioners and physician assistants to certify disability or deafness to the department of revenue for the purpose of obtaining disabled license tags, if such authority is expressly included in written protocol. - Amends TCA Title 38, Chapter 8 and Title 55, Chapter 21.
