Summary

As introduced, removes driver licenses from the list of licenses that can be revoked for failure to pay child support; removes process for issuance of a restricted driver license for a person who is enrolled in a payment plan to pay child support arrears. - Amends TCA Title 36; Title 40 and Title 55.
