Summary

As introduced, requires all municipal, county, including any county having a metropolitan form of government, and volunteer fire departments to adopt the National Fire Protection Association standards by 2012; establishes a penalty for failure to adopt such standards. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 12; Title 58 and Title 68.
