Summary
As introduced, redefines "certified applicator" for purposes of the Tennessee Application of Pesticides Act of 1978 from an individual certified to use, buy, sell, or supervise the use of pesticides to an individual who is authorized to directly or indirectly use, buy, sell, or supervise the use of pesticides. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 21.
