Summary
As introduced, prohibits online voting, except for the electronic provision of voting materials to military members and citizens abroad; prohibits the use of a post office box for establishing residency for voting purposes; requires a registered voter who moves to a different county in this state to vote based on current residence regardless of whether the voter has updated the voter's registration. - Amends TCA Title 2.
