Summary
As introduced, makes the authorization for licensed establishments to sell alcoholic beverages to go, which is set to expire July 1, 2023, permanent; requires each licensee who offers sales of alcoholic beverages to go to take additional training focused on compliance with the to-go alcohol law and avoiding sales to minors. - Amends TCA Title 57 and Chapter 451 of the Public Acts of 2021.
