Summary
As enacted, expands certain duties of the Tennessee student assistance corporation (TSAC) concerning receipt and investment of funds; requires TSAC to administer a need-based grant program funded though an endowment for Tennesseans seeking an associate's degree or certificate from a two-year, public postsecondary institution. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4.
