Summary

As introduced, creates a Class E felony offense for providing a public servant with documentation falsely stating or implying that a person is a legally documented immigrant to the United States for the purpose of obtaining certain public benefits including TennCare or for providing false documents to an employer for the purpose of obtaining employment. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 39, Chapter 16, Part 5.
