Summary

As introduced, prohibits state and local government entities from requiring vaccinations as a condition of employment; provides unemployment benefits to a claimant who voluntarily leaves employment because the employer requires vaccination and the claimant refused to be vaccinated. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 30; Title 8, Chapter 50; Title 50, Chapter 1 and Title 50, Chapter 7.
