Summary
As enacted, allows LEAs to use reasonably obtainable information in determining whether a student who dropped out of school enrolled elsewhere; allows LEAs to include GEDs in calculating graduation rates for all purposes other than those in which such inclusion is prohibited by federal law. - Amends TCA Section 1-3-118 and Title 49.
