Summary
As introduced, requires law enforcement agencies to provide body cameras for each officer; requires reporting of incidents of use of force, officer resignations, stops by officers, and unannounced entries into residences; requires termination of employment of any officer convicted of or found civilly liable for certain acts; prohibits the use of chokeholds by officers. - Amends TCA Title 38.
