Summary
As introduced, extends civil immunity to a charitable organization or an employee, volunteer, or independent contractor of a charitable organization that discloses to an individual's subsequent or prospective employer allegations of sexual abuse or misconduct by a former employee, volunteer, or independent contractor. - Amends TCA Title 29, Chapter 34, Part 2; Title 37; Title 39 and Title 40.
