Summary
As enacted, authorizes a mattress manufacturer, wholesaler or retailer to offer a comfort exchange policy pursuant to the sale of a mattress; includes a mattress returned pursuant to such a policy in definition of secondhand. - Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18, Part 1 and Title 68, Chapter 15, Part 2.
