Summary

As introduced, increases from $10,000 to $15,000 the amount a parent or guardian is financially responsible for their child who maliciously or willfully caused personal injury to a person or destroyed property, real, personal, or mixed, belonging to a municipal corporation, county, town, village, school district, department of this state, persons, or religious organizations and lives with the parent or guardian at the time of the act. - Amends TCA Title 29 and Title 37.
